No they are only "beta users" helping me put zimbra ready for all. They don't have administrator rights and don't even know what can be a shell hehe

Based on your logs it looks like postfix and tomcat were the only services stopped. I would check /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmmtaconfig.log if you changed any setting monitored by zmmtaconfig it's possible it may have tried to rewrite the configs and restart those services.

    Code:
    [root@mail log]# ls -lhd zmmtaconfig.log
    -rw-rw-r-- 1 zimbra zimbra 984M Jul 17 13:51 zmmtaconfig.log
    This is normal?

What settings are monitored by zmmtaconfig, for example? The only thing I change today was a line in /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdbintegrityreport.

Before I start services again, I checked open ports, and there was just 3 process listening: sshd, clamd, and I don't remember third.

I mailed a file (size exceeded) to you with some zmmtaconfig logs from minutes before to minutes after event.

    Thank you

zmmtaconfig monitors vars listed in /opt/zimbra/conf/zmmta.cf, rewrites the server config files when they change and restart services if required.

the log file size is large because the zmmtaconfig log_level was set to 5 instead of the normal 3. This is already fixed and will be in the next release.
