    Default Configuring RHEL CLI email

I am running ZCS 4.5.6 on RHEL4. How do I configure RHEL to send mail from the command line using Zimbra?

I would like to add scripts into Linux to send me updates on server usage.

    Any help is appreciated!

The mail command works really well:

    Code:
    [zimbra@mail~]$ mail me@myaddress.com
    Subject: Test
After you hit enter, you enter the message body.
    Hit Ctrl-D when your finished
    Code:
    Cc:
    Done.

How do I configure other non-zcs linux computers to use the zcs server for sending mail?

    Thanks!

If you could set up a script to run a telnet session, that would work as well:
Telnet - SMTP Commands (sending mail using telnet)

Why not just setup their MTA to relay through ZCS ? ie. in sendmail.cf

    # "Smart" relay host (may be null)

    DSzimba.mail.server
