    Default After upgrade to 4.5.6 from 4.5.4

    I no longer receive my admin daily e-mail showung mail stats and server status data still appears only on a hit or miss basis in the admin console.

    I'm really wanting to put this in production but I'm afraid these small issues may be a sign of larger issues to come.

    If you execute 'zmlocalconfig' without argument, it shows the present configuration parameters and values.
    Double check the value of smtp_destination = admin@domain.com

    To fix:
    zmlocalconfig -e smtp_destination=user@domain.com

    also relevant to that is:
    smtp_source=admin@domain.com (the from)
    smtp_notify=yes
    zmlocalconfig zimbra_mtareport_max_recipients=50
    zimbra_mtareport_max_senders=50

    If you have trouble run some searches for 'zmdailyreport'

    FYI-As of 4.5.6 the backup tab in the admin console allows for setting:
    zmprov zimbraBackupReportEmailSubjectPrefix
    zmprov zimbraBackupReportEmailSender
    zmprov zimbraBackupReportEmailRecipients

    You know the saying "misery loves company"? You may want to have a look at this thread that I started last week. I've been having a similar problem as you describe since upgrading from 4.5.5 to 4.5.6. The difference being my server status data is not hit or miss; it is just miss. My historical data is still there, but nothing has been collected since the upgrade. If we are having the same problem maybe there is a bug in the upgrade process. I certainly would love to solve my problem, and so far have been unable to do so.

    Default Backup/restore

    I don't find a backup/restore tab in the admin console. It wasn't there in 4.5.4 and I don't see it in 4.5.6.

    That tab is for the NE only. You must be running the FOSS edition, right?

    Have you had a chance to look at the thread I referenced to see if you might have the same problem as I do?

    Something must have changed or something is wrong with the forum site. My profile does contain 'zmcontrol -v' output. It doesn't look like this is showing up for anyone, including you

    Default Network edition

    I have to wonder if network edition has this many little quirks.

    Thank you for your time and efforts but I think I'm ready to purchase Merak. It's demo went on and EVERYTHING WORKED!

    Try looking in your junk folder. My daily admin email is being tagged as spam and placed in that folder.
