Thread: Phantom account and alias

    Default Missing mail box

    We have a phantom account (joe.name@example.com) that seems to be lost, corrupted or ? I can not make a new account through the Admin ui. Error message says the account, alias, distribution list is already used.

    Also have an alias for jt@example.com that cannot be deleted. I think one of the admins deleted the account and the alias remained. Anyway I cannot make a new account for that person for the same error above.

    I have run

    mysql zimbra -e 'select id,comment from mailbox'

    and found them as record 141 and 145.

    Is there any way to delete these accounts?
