When people leave our organisation we typically need to provide access to their replacement to view their emails - in order to get the email trails with specific Vendors.
How do people deal with this within Zimbra (Network Edition - 4.5.6 currently)?
Our users are using the Web interface only. I lock the (ex-) users account when they leave, so I can't then view their email without unlocking it which then means they can receive email again - this is sub optimal. It would be good to allow specific users read only access to historical email.
Could we do anything with HSM?
Can I bulk transfer the email from one account to another? We don't use IMAP clients, so that is not an option unfortunately.
