No, I've not seen it before and I can't tell from your description what the problem is. Are you saying that you are trying to connect to zimbra with a pop3 client and can't? Any firewall or SElinux on your server? Where are you when you try to telnet to the server (LAN or internet)?
    Regards

Then that would indicate you have a problem between your router(?) or from the internet and the server, it wouldn't appear to be a Zimbra problem.

Just to clarify what I posted earlier. When I asked if you could telnet to port 110, I meant could you do that when you were'nt able to download mail or is the server unresponsive? What are the specs of your server, does it have enough RAM?
    Regards

that time server server work fine..mean sending ok... even all services all running. bt i am not able to recieve mail...then i telnet port 110. port not respond.

then i restart zmcontrol services... then it work fine.

RAM is enough ...i use 1gb RAM.
