I was messing with the trusted networks setting on the MTA tab for the server (trying to troubleshoot something at our remote campus). I reset it back to the original setting (was just blank), but now I can't send email.
The bounce message to the client looks like this:
In /var/log/zimbra.log, I see the following:
Error: This message could not be sent.
Subject: Test 4
Note: Soap Fault. Please recreate and resend the message. Details below:
Error Code: mail.SEND_ABORTED_ADDRESS_FAILURE
Error Text: Invalid address: email@example.com
I'm using the Outlook Connector. If I try from the webmail client, I get:
Oct 31 10:17:09 mail postfix/smtpd: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mail.rb60.com[220.127.116.11]: 554 <firstname.lastname@example.org>: Relay access denied; from=<email@example.com> to=<firstname.lastname@example.org> proto=ESMTP helo=<mail.rb60.com>
What did I break and how do I fix it? I tried restarting the server after blanking the trusted networks line, and I also did "Reset to Global values" and restarted the server again, but no joy. What am I missing?
