User traveling to Middle east (israel), and using an unkown PC/Operating System, unknown browser. (I asked, he didn't give me any details).
What might cause his browser NOT to display the Reply or Forward icon in either the Basic or Advanced Client?
I could not get user to tell me anything about computer. OS, Browser, etc.
I told him that "of course...Zimbra works anywhere".
Plus he couldn't drop a screenshot into a mesage window, so he was a little put out by that too.
