    Default Occassional Backup Completed w/ Errors

    Every two or three weeks I receive a backup failure notification for my nightly backup. The job indicates that it completed with the following error;

    I'm running 4.5.6 NE on a SLES 9 server with dual 3ghz xeon procs and 4gb ram.

    zmlocalconfig is configured as follows

    mysql_memory_percent = 30
    tomcat_java_heap_memory_percent = 40
    The server has been in production for several months with no other real performance issues. It is accessed by 800+ users the majority of which connect via POP3 clients.

    I'm looking for some input from the community on this error, particularly if warrants opening a support ticket.

    Thanks for the Help!
