    Default Directory permissions

    Hi everyone.

    Sometimes, i've problems in webaccess

    msg - system failure: missing blob for id: 7283, change: 4956 code - service.FAILURE method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke detail - soap:Receiver


    This happens when I do sort of message, for example
    or when i clic on "sent messages"

    Probably problems on permissions directory

    How can i fix it ?

    If you think it's permissions:
    as root run:
    cd /opt/zimbra/libexec
    ./zmfixperms
    Filesystem type is? (df -T)
    You could also try re-indexing the account. (But you still might have to manually remove stuff from the DB.)
    There's the MySQL metadata DB, the Lucene index, and the actual message files on disk in /opt/zimbra/store. If you can click on a folder in the web UI and get results, it means MySQL is up and happy. If you open a message and get the error, it means that the message files on disk aren't where they're supposed to be.
    Anything in /var/log/zimbra.log or /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log or /opt/zimbra/db/data/hostname.err?
