    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11

    Same error no matter how it is attempted;
Firefox, IE7 on XP; Firefox on RHEL4; http or https.

We use apache's mod_proxy to redirect login.norwoodma.gov to https://norwoodma.gov:7071 (not zimbra's apache, the server's apache; we have other sites on same server.

    Welp,
There's an old thread /forums/administrators/5484-4-5-beta-admin-ui-problem.html that is very similar, though it's after clicking Accounts instead of Distribution List, but I don't see an associated bug.
-You might open a low level support ticket.
-Or after a backup of everything try re-running the 4.5.10 installer.
Sry that I don't have any more ideas.

    Just got a PM:

    open a terminal
    su - zimbra
    zmprov -l ddl test@norwoodma.gov
Do you get something like "ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_DISTRIBUTION_LIST (no such distribution list: test@norwoodma.gov)"?
or a "WARN: unable to remove alias object: test@norwoodma.gov"?

    zmprov -l cdl test@norwoodma.gov
Is it close to "ERROR: account.DISTRIBUTION_LIST_EXISTS (distribution list already exists: test@norwoodma.gov)"?

Does it show up in a zmprov gadl?

(Like is it suck in no-mans land somewhere in ldap?)

Or does it spit back the ID of the created?

Do you get the same ZaListViewController.prototype.searchCallback error if you search test or test@norwoodma.gov in the search bar of the admin console?

Guess we'll never know what it was - PM'd me that he's already re-ran the .10 installer and reports all is well.
