Default [SOLVED] Ajax errors in admin console

The errors occur in 2 situations:

1. After clicking on "Distribution Lists":

message: str.replace is not a function

2. After selecting "Mail Queues/Server Name" (all the tabs have "(error)" appended) and the mail is listed in the queues:

Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: bet.norwoodma.gov->zimbra@bet.norwoodma.gov:22}
Error code: service.FAILURE
Method: ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
Details:soap:Receiver

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Although things still seem to be working, we are concerned that these problems might lead to more serious problems.
We use the latest zimbra network version (4.5.10) on a RHEL4 server with 4 Xeon processors and 8 GB of ram.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Do you have firebug installed? Can you look at any error in there?

Also, can you make sure that no bad zimlets are installed?

First, I'd like to thank you all for the quick responses and for trying to help me.

I undeployed all extra zimlets; still same errors.
I just installed the firebug extension. Errors do show up in there, but I thought that the errors that I posted in my first post were as good as any since the errors occured after clicking on specific options in admin console.

In firebug multiple lines identical to the one below pop up when I try to access "distributions" or "queues":

[Exception... "'ZmCsfeException' when calling method: [nsIOnReadyStateChangeHandler::handleEvent]" nsresult: "0x8057001c (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_JS_OBJECT)" location: "<unknown>" data: no]

Still trying to clear the first error (from selecting "distribution lists")

Default JS Error (or bug?) in admin console

In firefox (firebug extension) multiple lines identical to the one below pop up when I try to access "distribution lists" :

[Exception... "'ZmCsfeException' when calling method: [nsIOnReadyStateChangeHandler::handleEvent]" nsresult: "0x8057001c (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_JS_OBJECT)" location: "<unknown>" data: no]

How can I fix this error?

Thank you,

ZaListViewController.prototype.searchCallback
Ok so around that line:
AjxStringUtil.ENCODE_MAP={">":">","<":"<","& ":"&"};
AjxStringUtil.htmlEncode=function(str,_1f3){
if(!str){
return "";
}
if(!AjxEnv.isSafari){
if(_1f3){
return str.replace(/[<>&]/g,function(_1f4){
return AjxStringUtil.ENCODE_MAP[_1f4];
}).replace(/ /g,"  ");
}else{
return str.replace(/[<>&]/g,function(_1f5){
return AjxStringUtil.ENCODE_MAP[_1f5];
});
}
}else{
if(_1f3){
return str.replace(/[&]/g,"&").replace(/ /g,"  ").replace(/[<]/g,"<").replace(/[>]/g,">");
}else{
return str.replace(/[&]/g,"&").replace(/[<]/g,"<").replace(/[>]/g,">");
}
}
So it's doing some str.replace to encode an object in an array or something?

You could throw on ?debug=3&mode=mjsf&gzip=false to open up /public/frameOpenerHelper.jsp and see if you get any more info. (debug=2 or =1 is less verbose)

This is probably not the problem because everything else works fine, but I noticed that http:// login.norwoodma.gov takes you to your zimbraAdmin console (typically it's https://server.domain:7071), what's the proxy your using? Do you get the same result if you go to that url instead?

So we don't have to ask multiple question's; browser user-agent string? Just visit this page and it should spit it out: What Is My User-Agent? | WebGeek
I hate to ask, but how about IE?
