rofl - think you can fix all the proxy stuff on one line?
    zmprov -l ms server.domain.com zimbraImapProxyBindPort 7143 zimbraImapSSLProxyBindPort 7993 zimbraPop3ProxyBindPort 7110 zimbraPop3SSLProxyBindPort 7995

BTW I'm kinda interested in the outputs of:
zmprov gs server.domain.com | grep zimbraService
    zmcontrol status
& I was just glancing at Bug 22822 - proxy port issues on upgrade > Bug 22449 - avoid imap port conflicts during upgrades

    This:
    Code:
zmprov gs server.domain.com | grep zimbraService
    Gives me this:
    zimbraServiceEnabled: antivirus
    zimbraServiceEnabled: antispam
    zimbraServiceEnabled: logger
    zimbraServiceEnabled: mailbox
    zimbraServiceEnabled: mta
    zimbraServiceEnabled: stats
    zimbraServiceEnabled: snmp
    zimbraServiceEnabled: ldap
    zimbraServiceEnabled: spell
    zimbraServiceHostname: server.domain.com
    zimbraServiceInstalled: antivirus
    zimbraServiceInstalled: antispam
    zimbraServiceInstalled: logger
    zimbraServiceInstalled: mailbox
    zimbraServiceInstalled: mta
    zimbraServiceInstalled: stats
    zimbraServiceInstalled: snmp
    zimbraServiceInstalled: ldap
    zimbraServiceInstalled: spell

    And this:
    Code:
    zmcontrol status
    Gives:
    Host server.domain.com
    antispam Running
    antivirus Running
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running

This seems to have fixed the proxy stuff because it returned no errors:
    Code:
    zmprov -l ms server.domain.com zimbraImapProxyBindPort 7143
     zimbraImapSSLProxyBindPort 7993 zimbraPop3ProxyBindPort 7110
But I still get this error in the administration page when going to the Mail Queues. I restarted too.

Server error encountered Message: system failure: exception during auth
    {RemoteManager: server.domain.com->zimbra@server.domain.com:22} Error code:
    service.FAILURE Method: ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
    Details:soap:Receiver

    Thanks

Ok so run through steps 1-6, (from my first post in this thread) then at the test do you get prompted for a password or not?

Thanks for all your help. Queues are working again. When running through the steps you listed. I do get prompted for a password. (I notice they say it shouldnt though):

    ssh -i .ssh/zimbra_identity -o strictHostKeyChecking=no zimbra@server.domain.com -p 22

I will read through the documentation you pointed me to and see if I can figure it out.

    Thanks
