We've got an issue with an imap user not receiving all of her mail in Outlook. The mail shows up in the web client, but not in outlook. We did have some server issues yesterday that we're still working on which may have caused the problem to happen in the first place.
So far we've tried re-syncing the mail and tonight we'll try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the folder.
I'm wondering if there is a way from the server side to force a client to re-download all the mail? Command line tool, flag in the data set, something along those lines?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well.
