    Default Whither zmiptables?

    Hi,

I'm trying to run Zimbra in addition to an existing Apache install and want to change the existing port mappings as described in http://zimbra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5. However I can't find any zmiptables in M3. Is this accomplished in a different manner now?

We no longer use zmiptables. The web port should now be controlled by serverl.xml and web.xml (if not by zmlocalconfig).

    Default Download M4

Use M4 - it's got real support for changing the web ports for tomcat.

Thanks. It would be nice if there was some way to tag all searches for zmiptables where a sticky post that says such comes up. I searched for zmiptables and couldn't find anything that told me this.

It would appear I've mistyped, I am actually using M4. I assume the support you spoke of was the listing of ports in the installer?

    Default port support

Yes, you can change them at install time, or:

    zmprov ms <servername> zimbraMailPort <http port> zimbraMailSSLPort <https port>
    tomcat stop
    tomcat start
