Is there anyway to change who the meeting owner/organizer is?

We have a couple ongoing company meetings. We have a new admin who we would like to have ownership of them. Ideally we would like the old owner to be able to pass ownership without needing to wast everyone's time deleting all the instances and then having the new person re-invite everyone.

Also is there anyway to have it so when folks are added to distrobution group that is used as a invite that when new people are added they will get invited?
