Default java.io.IOException: Too many open files

I'm running version 5.0GA on Debian. Every 2 or 3 weeks my Zimbra install would stop responding, and I'll find the below messages.
    Has anyone else seen this?

    Code:

check your ulimits (ulimit -a). i think from memory -n resets files?

Hrm.. ok, I changed the open files limit to 65536, up from the 1024 default.
Hope that takes care of it.
