Default Nothing's displayed after changed password?!?

After setting up zimbra server, I've created accounts and forced them to change password at first time of login.

The problem is that after they've chaged their password, they still can login to server but nothing's displayed on their web page. So I try to test =>
    1. Login by using URL : http://<hostname> e.g. : http://zimbra.test.co.th
The result is same to my end users (Nothing's displayed)
    2. Login by using URL : http://<IP> e.g. : http://10.1.10.12
After changed password for first time login, Inbox is opened successfully.

    Regards,
    Chotima

Might want to clear their cache or hit reload. Seems to be a caching issue.

Do you mean that they only have to clean cookies?
or do you mean that I have to clean cache at my server?

If you mean that they only have to clean cookies, I've already tried it but it's still same.. nothing's displayed after changed password.

And if I have to clean cache at my server, could you please advice how to do it?/Many thx.

There is a bug in M3 where certian configs of IE will see a problem similar to this. Have you tried Firefox? You may want to upgrade to the latest version.
