I have a user who is working off site that is getting the following error:
The user is using Firefox 220.127.116.11msg:

When asked if they noticed any pattern to the errors occurrence, they said:
I have only ever seen this when a machine has lost its connection to the LAN; however, that is not the issue here. Any tips or suggestions would be very helpful.I haven't been able to associate it to a particular action, its usually when I come back to Zimbra after an absence, like returning from a meeting, or simply doing other work on my machine and then returning to the Zimbra tab.
