    Default Distribution List Question

    ok..

1)first when i create a distribution list is it available to all users?

2)Like how outlook has a follow up feature/tag... on a Distribution list can i also have this same follow up feature (using the web interface)..

3)Would a distribution list work well in a shared folder environment ?

4)Can i import a distribution list from a .csv file out of excel ?

    Lightbulb

good question - it seems like a spammers paradise, send a single spam email to a distribution list and let zimbra disperse it to all listed members ????

is there a way to restrict access to distribution lists ?

    or

is there a way to assign the distribution list to a single users or group of users ?

    thanks

    Cool

Using Release 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL4_64_20080130213909 RHEL4_64 FOSS edition

    and

    firefox 2.0.0.12

    on

    fedora core 8

the add to contact group buttons do nothing - anyone else getting this ?

if someone could just confirm the way to add users to a contact group that would be great.

    thanks

To make sure I'm on the same page...can you not select a user then hit 'add' or manually type the address in? (see pic)
