Default [SOLVED] Can't delete domains with wiki account

    Hi,

    like the subject says...

if I try to delete wiki Account:
    Code:
    [zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov da wiki@domain.com
ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: Can not delete account wiki@domain.com because it is a domain-level wiki account for domain domain.com.)
when I try to delete the domain:

    Code:
    [zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov dd domain.com
ERROR: account.DOMAIN_NOT_EMPTY (domain not empty: domain.com)
    Am I doing something wrong?

    You could try this:

    Code:
    zmprov md domain.com zimbraNotebookAccount ""
Now you should be able to delete the wiki@domain.com account and then the domain.

    Regards
    Thomas

Looking forward to this getting fixed as our support global admins are now unable to delete domains w/o CLI assistance.

Default RFE Bug to correct this issue?

Is there a bug number for fixing this side effect of the prevention of Admin Console deletion of the wiki account? Currently, I've got two domains that I cannot delete from Admin Console. If a local user tries to send to that domain, it will mis-route the email to local and then bounce.

If you're sure you want to delete a domain:
    A) Switch the value/blank in the admin console domain documents tab to the wiki@global.com
    B) Delete the wiki@domain.com account
    C) Delete the domain.com
(The above process works for me on 5.0.4)

Unless I am mis-reading that bug, the comment to which you refer is confirming that 5.0.5 successfully prevents the deletion of the wiki account, and does not confirm that there is a means to delete an unwanted domain behind an existing wiki@ account. Please clarify if I am mis-reading the bug.

    Big thanks for your time.

ie: Those above 3 steps can all be completed from the admin console GUI.
Step A should be the equivalent of going to the CLI and setting the zimbraNotebookAccount attribute.

Do it when you're 100% sure you're ready to delete the domain, else you might just give permission for domain members (granted I know you have it pretty empty at this point) to write to the global wiki depending on the value's you've selected in those checkboxes - which technically isn't the same usage anyways - you're just using it as template. But remember the goal here was to prevent the mess of deleting the domain wiki accounts.
