    Default Manager role for a resource or location?

    We have some location resources that we would like to require approval from a manager role (specific to the resource) before they can be scheduled. It seems - at least in ZCO 4.5 - that resources can either automatically accept an appointment or automatically accept it if it's not "busy". Is there a way to make it so that a manager has to approve it before a user can book the room?

    The work-around I've come up with (but haven't implemented) is to create a dummy user for each room, and forward mail to a distribution list that has the people allowed to accept or reject use of the room. Is there a more elegant solution?
