    Default Importing Documents in 5.0.2 Yields: Import Failed: Unable to import file

    We are getting the following error while trying to "import" a document into the documents tab:

    I bet money this is either a convertd or a MIME problem.

    Can you try:
    Code:
    ldapsearch -D"uid=zimbra,cn=admins,cn=zimbra" -w `zmlocalconfig -s -m nokey
    zimbra_ldap_password` -H `zmlocalconfig -m nokey ldap_master_url` -x -b
    "cn=mime,cn=config,cn=zimbra"

    Here is the response:

    Default Import function missing

    jholder:
    Our ZCS 5.0.1 NE running on OS X 10.4.11 Server does not display a "Import" button under the Documents toolbar.

    Is this a limitation of the server being Mac OS X (Xserve Intel), or the fact that it is 5.0.1? I wish 01.com would apply the 5.0.2 but alas they are making us wait for 5.0.3...

    Please come, 5.0.3...
