Default [SOLVED] I get a parse error when I try to log into the webclient

Here is the actual error. Any ideas?

It started with just one user and now I cannot even log in via the web client. I have rebooted the server.

An unknown application error has occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator. (service.PARSE_ERROR)

I'm at a loss here. Where would I even start looking for this issue?

Its the weblient only. All other functions are normal. Clients are getting POP3 and IMAP mail just fine.

ZCS version (zmcontrol -v) & browser you're trying with?
For instance: Safari 3 on a 4.5.x box? -not supported on the AJAX client
If that's not it tail -f /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log (& zmmailboxd.out) while logging in & attach any errors you see to a forum post.

Told me his zmcontrol - v reports as follows:
    Release 4.0.4_GA_457.RHEL4_20061115174505 CentOS4 FOSS Edition
Which means no Safari 3 support (he's on OS X 10.5)
