Default Configuring SNMP Trap Destination Host Post-Install

So I've looked far and wide on the forums, docs, and blog for the answer to this question, and while I can find multiple instances of the question being asked, there is still no answer to be found. Try, try again.

QUESTION) Now that I've already installed ZCS 5, and SNMP is enabled, in which file or where in the GUI do I modify the setting that specifies the destination host to which the server ought send SNMP traps?

A shiny new pony to whomever can actually come up with the answer.

The answer to your specific question is, neither of those. Take a look at
    Code:
    zmlocalconfig | grep snmp
