Default Strange problem for incoming mail

    Hi,

We have problem with one of our customers' incoming mail.

They send an automated mail to us, and I can see that it is passed clean in zimbra.log, but the mail is not delivered to inbox. I tried it with various users, but the result is the same.

Here are the logs from zimbra.log

In the Admin GUI, check the queue and see if it's queued up for some reason waiting to deliver.

Yes this was what I did immediately after realising the problem, but what is strange is, there is nothing in the queue andI don't have the mails in the junk folders

Furthermore, no kind of unseccesful delivery message return to customer and the receiver.

How can I trace the path of the message after it has been passed clean in zimbra logs ?
