    Default

Based on prior threads I assume that's FOSS. (http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...html#post62754)
    Really simple:
    su - zimbra
    zmcontrol stop
    exit (back to root)
mkdir /backup (or wherever you have the space to put it/send it)
    rsync -avHK /opt/zimbra/ /backup/zimbra
If you have a larger setup you may wish to run it while zimbra is up/live first, then once zimbra is stopped run it again like:
    rsync -avHK --delete /opt/zimbra/ /backup/zimbra
--delete gets rid of extra files at the destination (backup) that no longer exist at the source (pid's etc).

Even larger setups and you should see some of the methods here: Backup and Restore Articles - Zimbra :: Wiki

The rest of the upgrade directions can be found at the bottom of the release notes which you can obtain via: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...-released.html
