    Default Problems while sending mails

When users try to send mais to account hosted in the server, the mail is sent. But when they try send it to external account (in yahoo for example) we have this error

Message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted.
    Rejected addresses: user user <useruser@yahoo.fr>

    Any suggestion.

Are you getting the error only to Yahoo/Google or also to any external domains ?

Have you recently changed the IP of the server or your local network addresses ?

If it happens from the webmail, I think uxbod is right and you should double check your ZimbraMyMTANetworks.

If the error happens from other MUA and they are in the same LAN than your server, same problem.

If the error happens from other MUA that are in other LANs, it's the "normal" antispam behaviour. To "fix" it, you can either extend ZimbraMyMTANetworks (private LAN only, obviously) or use SMTP-auth in your MUA.

what does the zimbra log file say ?

ensure DNS lookups are working okay for external domains, and also check the actual rejection message.
