I don't really understand your question. What exactly is the problem or what are you trying to do?

The ham account does not contain deleted spam. What is it you're trying to do?

Spam that is considered 75%. Where does it go? Is there a way to retrive it from somewhere deep in the system?

If the 75% is your kill percentage then when email gets that score it is removed from the server i.e. it's permanently deleted.
