Has this server been restored then ? Was it a full system backup as the cron should be in /var/spool/cron.

Did you restore Zimbra or install it ? Have you checked what files are in /var/spool/cron ?

put the zimbra cronjob file from your backup server into /var/spool/cron and all should be good. Once file has been put back in place run
    Code:
    crontab -l -u zimbra
and it should return the jobs that will be executed.

runing this command I see the job to execute. But at that moment I just enter the web admin and everything is equal. Not updated the stats.

in case cron is not picking up the change just run :-

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/crond restart
    and then check again.
