    Default lightning

    Hi,

    I use zimbra 5.0.4 open source on a fedora core 7 and i try to synck the zimbra calendar with lightning 0.8 rc1. On ligntning i can do that : Move, Update, Create the events but i can't delete. Is it possible to delete event ? The bug is on the zimbra server or Lightning

    Are you using ICS or CalDAV ?

    Try CalDAV, it works (with Lightning 0.7).

    If you already have it setup as ICS, you can't delete appointments using the normal method (right-click => delete). You have to cancel the appointment and on the next sync it should disappear.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer but could you explain to me how can you cancel the appointment without delete ? I don't see the method.

    In Lightning 0.8:

    Open the event => Options => Status => Cancelled

    That should do it. If you switch CalDav they delete just fine in ZCS 5.0
