I'll be happier when the following happens
a) Zimbra can match all the features Exchange implements
b) Supports Receipts (subset of A)
c) When it's sharing for Outlook via ZCO is smooth and stable in Outlook 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2007.
Yes, Bill Gates and his wildly more stable and well supported mail platform would certainly be a terrible partner for a fledgling product with extremely high incompatibility in relation to 3rd party client plug-ins (I miss you stable Blackberry and PC Law). Hey Zimbra, I appreciate you not importing my contact based rules in outlook properly; Billing my CPA client hours of manual rule repair was extremely profitable. Also sweet job on dropping support for PowerPC users, I understand the cost of purchasing one of those things can get into the "hundreds of dollars" range. I'm also certain Microsofts pile(s?) of R&D money would have been wasted on Yahoo/Zimbra's %100 ready for mass-market production use product. *Sigh* why do the things we love torture us the most? Damn you Open Source! Well, I oughta start writing a check to Microsoft for use of their name in this post!
