I have a user who is experiencing an issue where the shared folder structure that he has manager rights to is not displaying the full folder hierarchy. The correct folder view is accessible for his account during the session that the share is accepted, though when he logs out and logs back in the only folder he can view is the topmost one. This error seems to be local to only his account, as no other users have reported this and when tested on a test account the error is not duplicated.
Any ideas why his account would be acting like this?
