In mail, I created a folder called "Bills". I accidentally placed it in the wrong parent folder. I tried to move it to the main tree, but it wouldn't allow me for some reason, so I deleted the folder. After deleting it, it showed in Trash. I went to the trash and told it to purge. Now the "Bills" folder no longer shows and all of my trash is purged.
So I try to create the Bills folder again, but now it says a folder named "Bills" already exists. How can I clear this up?
I was trying to create a bills folder so that I can create a mail filter that will store bill emails there. I am an administrator at a small company and am presently evaluating Zimbra. So far, it's great! Thanks.
