    Default Mutiple User Email Folder

Is it possible to add a email folder that everyone could see and be uploaded to my CRM using IMAP? Also is there anywhere I could find documentation about the SOAP?

Public Folder? Nope. You could do it with a shared IMAP account but this would only be available with an IMAP client, not in the web UI.

Default Is there a plan to integrate this in the future

Is this a feature something you plan to integrate at some point in the future? If so then when is it likely to be integrated?

    Thanks,

    Anthony

It's on the roadmap but no guess to a date until we get it confirmed into a release.

I think it will come. There are many votes for it (http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/votes.cgi...g&bug_id=5554).

You can get read-only shared mail from Outlook in a near term release. It will be a release or two more for the web client to supports this.

This is the issue in bugzilla if you want to vote for it.
