I am perplexed by this one...
We are currently running Zimbra Collaboration Suite 4.5. I have a user who came to me and said that she cannot log in to her e-mail account.
Here's the thing--when I try to log in using her username and password, it fails. Reseting her password doesn't make a difference. But get this, when I update her account name by taking a letter away from her username in the admin console, I can then log in using the revised username and her old password.
For some reason, her account just doesn't want to work with the original username. Can you think of any reason why this is happening? Any way to correct without permanently changing her account name?
