Today we encountered a small problem while trying to recover one of the mailboxes from the backup. We are using the NE edition (v 5.0.3) - and everything seemed to be OK - but when we tried to recover one of the mailboxes - we received info that the limit of mailboxes has been reached - which is not true... BUT we indeed have more mailboxes in the backup than we have licenses... (some people left the company, we removed their mailboxes and created new). We are still below the license limit with active acounts - but in the backup - we have more mailboxes than the limit.
My question is: can we recover the backup without buying the additional licenses? (we dont need them). If not - how to remove from backup unwanted mailboxes?
