    Default Mailbox not showing all messages via Web

    Hi,

    I wonder if anybody has experienced this issue before. I have a user who has noticed he is not able to access all of the mail in his inbox. Usually one can specify how many messages to display at any one time. Altering this figure does not help. Hopefully this screenshot will help to describe the problem:



    Note how we are not able to click the "next page" arrow.

    Something of interest is that if we connect via IMAP, there are some deleted items that have not been purged. I wonder if there is a bug that does not remove the number of messages on the web interface when they have not been purged via IMAP?

    Any ideas would be great!

    The problem is that the "next page" arrow isn't displayed.
    Verify your user's screen resolution meet the requirements.
    It may be also a problem with the translation if you don't use english (try then with english language instead of yours).

    This is a problem of using an IMAP client, you need to expunge the folders before you leave the IMAP client or the message count will never be correct. COnnect again using the IMAP client, expunge and then see if your problem is still there.

    hmmm, I don't think that is the problem. I am logging into the box from my end and resolution is fine. Also, other mailboxes on the server do not display the same issue. Thank you for those suggestions anyway!

    Hi Phoenix,

    Yes indeed, I have instructed the user to do this. I had the same thought! Just waiting back for confirmation. I will let you know how it goes.
