Default Sudden SOAP error on polling external mailbox

I have restarted Zimbra (assuming a hung set of processes), but this doesn't appear to make a difference. Polling a POP account which deposits in the main mailbox is OK, but on polling an external IMAP account I get an error popup:

    Code:
A network service error has occurred. msg: system failure: A12 NO Unknown namespace.
    code: service.FAILURE
    method: ImportDataRequest
    detail: soap:Receiver
    trace: btpool0-10:1210938822242:66b2e83b919818b2
I kept an eye on the logfiles when I tried this again, and in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log I find:

    Code:
    2008-05-16 13:56:57,572 INFO [btpool0-10] [name=xxx@xxx.xxx;mid=4;ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx;ua=ZimbraWebClient - FF2.0 (Win)/5.0.4_GA_2101.openSUSE_10.2;ds=AXS;] SoapEngine - handler exception
com.zimbra.common.service.ServiceException: system failure: A12 NO Unknown namespace.

Any idea what this is? AFAIK I didn't change anything other than having lunch in time which was a novelty I enjoyed considerably more (on account of available daylight :-)).

    Default memory usage details (top).

Oh, and a "top" dump (just to show it's not hitting swap as much as 1GB RAM suggests - only has 5 test users):

    Code:
    top - 14:07:41 up 21 days, 19:55, 1 user, load average: 0.20, 0.22, 0.19
    Tasks: 125 total, 1 running, 124 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
    Cpu(s): 0.0%us, 0.0%sy, 0.0%ni, 92.0%id, 8.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st
    Mem: 1035864k total, 666972k used, 368892k free, 14788k buffers
    Swap: 4200988k total, 10524k used, 4190464k free, 183868k cached
AFAIK nothing has changed since this morning ..
