    Default Configuring mandatory signature/disclaimer

I have been asked to add a mandatory signature at the bottom of all outgoing company emails. I am following the directions here:

Adding a disclaimer (altermime) or footer - Zimbra :: Wiki

My problem is with /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/disclaimer. I don't care about listing a company URL - I just want a plain txt signature at the bottom of all outgoing emails. Here is what I get when sending an email to our company domain:

    <sadams@xyzcorp.com>: service unavailable. Command output:
    /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/disclaimer: line 25:
    --xheader=X-Copyrighted-Material: Please visit
business cards loan plan credit at company.com : No such file or directory Message
    content rejected
    Reporting-MTA: dns; webmail.xyzcorp.com
    X-Postfix-Queue-ID: 85427F145DB
    X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822; shannon_adams68@yahoo.com
    Arrival-Date: Thu, 22 May 2008 10:56:11 -0400 (EDT)

    Final-Recipient: rfc822; sadams@xyzcorp.com
    Original-Recipient: rfc822;sadams@xyzcorp.com
    Action: failed
    Status: 5.3.0
    Diagnostic-Code: x-unix; /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/disclaimer: line 25:
    --xheader=X-Copyrighted-Material: Please visit
business cards loan plan credit at company.com : No such file or directory Message
    content rejected

    Two questions:
    1. What do I need to modify in /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/disclaimer to get rid of the section that is causing the error?

    2. I just want to put the signature on outgoing email. How do I determine our incoming and outgoing of our server? We have both an internal and external addresses. I am not sure which one to use for section 7a.

    Thanks.

    Default

Ok, I got rid of the message bounces by commenting out the --xheader section. Now, the disclaimer is on inbound and outbound messages. I want it added to outbound only. I am not sure what addresses to use for the incoming and outgoing IP of the server. Is there a command that will give me that info? I am using Linux ES 4.

    Thanks.
