I've perused a few stale threads on this topic, and figured I should bring a few of the questions back up as many versions have come and gone since these threads:
1) Is there a way to view the free/busy calendar outside of the 'schedule an appointment' mechanism, and to view more than one day a time?
2) Is there a way for others to tell who has resources scheduled? (e.g. Our receptionist needs to be able to see who has reserved conference rooms)
I've read threads about sharing the resources calendar out, but I was thinking there may be a more intuitive/user friendly approach.
