I have 1 (yes, only 1) user account on our Zimbra system that keeps on getting a very generic Internal Server Error message when they try to log in via the Zimbra web interface.

I have eliminated the client machine / browser software as i am able to reproduce the results consistently on multiple platforms, etc.

We are running Zimbra v5.0.5 FOSS 64-bit edition.

We are able to retrieve mail for this faulty account via secure IMAP, which indicates that the mail store is still OK. The web interface access remains broken.

I have poked around in some log files but I cannot seem to find anything related to this issue. Specifically which log files should I be looking in to help troubleshoot this error?

Has anyone else ran into this issue in the past? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
