So I've got a user using Outlook 2002 to send and receive emails using IMAP and SMTP. The user's account was working just fine until this morning, when sending emails he gets "The server reported error (0x80040109)" when trying to send emails. I have recreated his profile and everything seems to be working correctly. Anyone have any idea what is going on here? To trouble shoot I have also restarted the Zimbra Server. There are about 20 accounts on the computer and the rest of them seem to be working fine and the user can connect to Web Access and send emails no problem.
