Specific user can't view webmail
One of my users can't log in to webmail after a recent upgrade from 4.5.something to 5.0.8. The problem is limited to the single user, and is not limited to a single computer. Trying to view mail on that account using the admin page also does not work. Using the Ajax login with firefox the account hangs at the loading screen, and in IE it goes to a page with the basic sections for the the page (columns etc.) and says "Error: ZMErrorDialog" not found. Using the "Standard HTML" client, both I.E. and Firefox freeze at the loading screen. Any suggestions?
Edit: I think it might be a corrupted backup or something, because the user can her new messages with Thunderbird, but it hangs when the user tries to select the old messages. Do you know any way to retrieve all the old messages from backup, since the version of the server is different than the one the backups were made on?
Edit2: It looks like the account is timing out for some reason -- the user doesn't have any more mail than anyone else in the office, but when using the "standard HTML" login with both IE and Firefox it appears to be logging in after a long period of time (three to four minutes), and taking another long period of time to load anything once the user has logged in. Ajax client still loads about halfway in IE (quite quickly) and then decides it doesn't want to play nice.
