We are very interested in Zimbra's calendar feature, while we still want to rely on our existing mail system. I set up zimbra so mails are automatically forwarded to the user mailbox on our system but a copy of the mail is kept in the user's mailbox on zimbra. This works smoothly.

My problem is the following: When a calendar related event is sent, the user has no way to approve the invitation/appointment/sharing/etc (unless he/she uses zimbra desktop or thunderbird + lightning + caldav). The user has to log on zimbra, check his/her mail there and approve the event from there.

What's missing is a direct link to zimbra to approve/deny the request.. maybing pointing to the same mail in the zimbra mailbox which allows the user to approve or deny the event.
