have you set the domain as the default domain? if not, are the users entering the full email address as the login name?

    like this:
    Username: user@domain.com
    Password: *****

    Tanks for your anwsers.

The users use a count: usuario@dominio.com
It happens only whith a little users. The rest of users if can connect whith normality.
We reset the password but we do supported the same password.
