On Saturday our regularly scheduled full backup failed to run, leaving a "running" status message on the Administrator's Backups screen (web ui). It would not abort using the Abort button. I could not find any logged errors (and did not find the zmbackupquery/zmbackupabort commands until later) so I restarted Zimbra and all seemed well. I ran a full backup from the cli and it ran without a hitch. The two scheduled daily incrementals also ran fine early Sunday and Monday AM.
I'd like to know what caused this failure and how to prevent it, but so far I have not found anything in the logs or on these forums to guide me. I wonder also if I have a bigger problem that I am unaware of.
Any ideas or suggestions for proceeding would be appreciated.
