Default Broken - Move and Restore options?

    Two problems:

    1) I have a user with missing email. She used the move button in the menu bar to shuffle messages between folders, but they seem to go to never never land and never reach the intended folder. Or at least the messages she was looking for days after moving are not there or anywhere search can find them.

    2) I tried using restoring her account 1 day back at a time till I found the messages. I would restore 9/17, delete it, then 9/16, repeating till I found the messages. The problem is that each time it shows the SAME messages. If I restore the backup from 9/1/08 it still shows messages from 9/12 that did not exist yet. I restored them with the prefix restored and I also tried changing that prefix with the same results.

EDIT: I'll add in that I was using the web GUI to do this. I see references to the CLI working. Why not fix the GUI to work with the date specified?
EDIT2: As a folowup I used the following to restore via the CLI and had the exact same results.
    Code:
    zmrestore -s server.domain.com -a account@domain.com -restoreToTime 2008/09/15-01:00:00 -ca -pre restore-9-18-08_

No one has a reason why the restoreToTime seems to be broken and has been for sometime.

I saw that and tried it as well. I used the following.
    Code:
    zmrestore -s mail.domain.com -a user@domain.com -restoreToTime 2008/09/15-01:00:00 -lb full-20080906.090006.552 -ca -pre restore-9-15-08_
I also tried using a full backup file from 9/13 as well as that 9/6. The 9/13 had a last login that was the same as the current user, the 9/6 full cam up with a last login of 9/10. I thought that was odd.

Both were reflecting the exact same messages listed in the inbox and other boxes.
