You are asking about adding an open mail relay from a single IP address, right?

Add the scanner address to the MTA Trusted Networks...

Admin>Configuration>Servers>[server name]>MTA>Append to MTA Trusted Networks field (use space or comma as separator)

Reminder: Use this feature very thoughtfully, as you are adding unfettered mail relaying to your server from the address or network you include.
