Unhappy JavaScript errors cause a blank screen at admin interface and ajax client.

    Hello,

One of our administrators is facing a problem when he tries to log into Administrator Console. A blank screen is showed with many javascript errors:

All others machines seems do be ok using the same browser version (Firefox 3.0.3 under Ubuntu). We captured the html returned by the server for a machine that shows the login screen correctly and "diff" with the html returned for this machine. The result is:

    Code:
    652d651
    < - #define FIREFOX_1_5_OR_HIGHER true
    654d652
    < - #define FIREFOX true
    657d654
    < - #define FIREFOX_1_OR_HIGHER true
Any idea how to fix this?

    Thank you in advance.

Has the browser cache been flushed (deleted) ?

    Yes, several times.

We also tried to monitor http traffic by using firebug and all resources seems to be loaded correctly (200 OK).

The strangest thing about this is that when using Opera, we got the same blank screen.

It's using a proxy but the zimbra server hostname is set as an exception.

Have you tried disabling the proxy just as a test ?
